Yes! Rapid Transformational Therapy has worked for thousands of people with just about any health matter you can think of with lasting and life changing results. It’s non-intrusive, It is simple, quick, effective and well-proven.
RTT gets into the subconscious and unconscious mind where all your experiences are stored, this gets to the root of the issue quickly, gaining insight into your own original beliefs, understanding how your child-mind processed experiences and then, once we’ve healed the past associations we assign a new understanding around those old limiting beliefs which is extraordinarily powerful. Direct access to the ‘reasons’ saves vast amounts of time either searching for the source or only trying to heal the symptoms. When you’re able to observe yourself and these understandings from a non-judgmental perspective it’s relatively easy to let them go and move onto rewiring new beliefs that are much more beneficial. Sometimes it can take more than one session per issue, especially when dealing with depression, anxiety and with some long term health issues, but as a rule most issues only take one session. I don’t want to waste my time or yours which is why I practice this way. Don’t worry, if you wish to see me again we all have more than one issue to address in life.
With Counselling and Psychotherapy you generally have regular sessions. They are Talk Therapies where how you feel is discussed, RTT is NOT a traditional Talk Therapy, we spend very little time talking about how you currently feel and a great deal of time getting to the root of the problem, so usually between one to three sessions of around 90 minutes a session is what is required for the transformation to take places. I will add that we use POWERFUL language during our healing sessions. We focus on undoing the original beliefs and the emotional charge attached to them. An RTT therapist is like a detective finding out the root causes to your issues and then like a surgeon, extracting the negative programming and replacing them with positive ones.
The costs for a treatment depend on the kind of issue and the severity. I offer two different packages and additional sessions at a reduced price. With issues like depression, weight reduction and eating disorders I normally ask the client to book three sessions which cost less than booking three separate sessions. I prefer to discuss the details during a discovery call.
The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.
Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you are in REM (Rapid Eye Movement). These brain waves allow you to access your subconscious mind. RTT is very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!
Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. Depth in hypnosis does not cause results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know what is holding you back, you see it in a completely new way. RTT allows you to change your perspective and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
If you go back to memories from your life that are related to events like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK.
There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:

Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.

Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

Online sessions are available via Zoom, and this technique is equally as effective as face-to-face sessions.
If our online session gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re very relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and you may open your eyes. Zoom will automatically reconnect our session once the internet is up and running again. Please note, disconnections don’t happen often but are possible on either side.
Absolutely! I take confidentiality very seriously and keep all my client records secure. Furthermore, I will only contact your GP or other health professional with your permission.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular problem. Depending on how entrenched the behaviour, you may need up to three sessions. Some clients want to continue sessions to work on other areas of their life. For them, I offer a RTT package, which consists of three RTT sessions.
